White space at top and Content not centering with left side bar

You should be able to remove that space by adding this CSS to Theme Options> Custom CSS:

div#content {
    padding-top: 0;
}

For the other one, go into your elementor settings> Style settings, and set the “stretched section fit to” to use #inner-wrap.
