How to display the date on selective posts?

Hi, I have a website containing several static pages & 7 categories; 6 contain evergreen posts and 1 category is a journal.

I would like just the Journal category posts to be dated but am struggling to find a solution.

Could anyone advise please? Sincerely appreciate your time… this one’s got me beat :/
