• Hello,
When I use shortcode, both fb Like and fb Share have same numbers.
When I like/share page, both Like counter and Share counter will increment.
Is there a way to distinguish between there 2 processes?
    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Facebook counts the likes and shares same. You can check the Facebook shares for any webpage using the API https://graph.facebook.com/?id=https://www.christianitas.sk/test/
Just replace the url https://www.christianitas.sk/test/ with the url for which you want to check Facebook shares. And plugin depends on this API to show Facebook shares.

    Hi
Sassy social share worked very well …
But now, we have to enter Facebook App ID for the developers to be able to display the shares … what I did … but I’m not a developer!
And now I regularly have a message on Facebook informing me that the application has reached the limit of the API … and the shares are not displayed … then reappear.
What to do ? I’m not a developer and I don’t undersand anything about it…
    Thanks

@gilou24 Yes, there is a limit imposed by Facebook on the number of requests made to the graph API. You can increase the share count cache refresh time interval to make these requests less frequent.

    Thank you for your reply.
But the update is currently every 12 hours … and, every time I post on Facebook, I quickly (not 12 hours after) have this error message …
So, I doubt that the problem comes from there …

If your app is reaching the limit even after setting the share count cache refresh to 12 hours, can’t do anything. You would like to ask an explanation from Facebook regrading the same, if you have an option to contact from the Facebook app developer dashboard.
