    Hi Najeeb!

I try to translate your plugin to Hungarian language by creating WP standard .po / .mo files, as other already translated languages in your plugin package language directory.

But this method failed, so only original english strings shown.

I red related support treads, and I saw that you recommended WPML plugin, and on-the-fly string conversion php snippets, but I hope if plugin package included languages could work in this method, a new language also could.

Please help me to find the root of the issue, and then resolve!

    Kind regards,
    Jozsef

  • Hi,

Sorry for late reply. Yes I recommend WPML but I know it also supports other translations plugin like Loco Translate plugin. So we have added translation the way WordPress suggest to make it compatible with other translation plugins.

    Hi!

    Loco Translate.

But in my opinion the problem not comes from translation plugin, because if I made PO/MO files manually, they still don’t works.

I give you access to my site by mail, and you can investigate.

    Is it OK?

    Kind regards,
    Jozsef

    Hi @nmedia!

As I named the ticket the issue with .po / .mo files, not with Loco. I already tested other .po / .mo generation methods.

Today I am reachable 7 hours from now.

If you ready, we can do a remote session with Skype / AnyDesk / Win10 Quick Assist / etc. and I can show you the issue and the checks that I already done.

Is is ready for you? If not, please recommend me a time for it!

    Kind regards,
    Jozsef

    Hi @drseo,

Do you mean translation is working all the way? or it’s working but not corrected?
