Redirection to Thank You Page not working

    Hi, I’ve installed your plugin on the form on the page above, but it doesn’t seem to be working. No direction happens, it still just shows the Javascript form completion message. I’m trying to redirect it to https://www.myinternshipjournal.com/thanks-for-your-inquiry/#about

    I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, but that didn’t help. I appreciate it if you can help.

    I disabled all of the plugins at once, no change in the result. Tried to switch to one of the WP default themes, but couldn’t really access the form when doing that.

    Hi @pmorettini,

    Just checked that out. Are you referring to the form at the footer?
    If so, this form is not generated by Contact Form 7. This plugin is only for Contact Form 7 generated forms.
    If not, please send me a link to the page with the the currect form.

    Yes, that is the form. Where is it being generated then? There is only one form plugin on that site (contact 7), and when you look in the Contact 7 settings it sure looks like it’s generating that form. I don’t know where else it would be coming from.

    You need to ask the website developer, but I can tell for sure its not a CF7 form. You can trust me on that one ??

    Did you look at the Contact 7 plugin settings?

    I did. You have installed the plugin, but you don’t use it. This form is not related to CF7 in any way. If you want to use the plugin, you need to use Contact form 7 form. You need to contact the developer of your website and ask him to do so. We cannot help with that since this is beyond the scope of our plugin support.
