need multi user textbox plugin

What I’m looking for would allow a single block of text or note to be edited by any user visiting the page, the be able to change the message left there, add to it, or remove it all together. Like an online wordpress notepad anyone can use? Having trouble after a lot of searching finding this so any points in the right direction would be great, thank-you,
