    Hello,

    Whenever I assign a tracking order to a order in woocommerce–>orders–>order, it’s sent to user through email it reflect in myaccount but when I try to track I received “No Information Found for this Package”.

    Can anyone please suggest how I will pass the detail to ups or how they will collect it so they may show their result.

    maybe the tracking number is not correct?
    did you try to check it on UPS?
    if the tracking number returns result on UPS tracking website, can you send me the tracking # and I will check our link?
