- Make sure you are using the latest version of Phlox theme and Phlox core Elements plugin.
- Try to deactivate all plugins on your website. If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the cause. <br>
Also, on your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value ofWP-DEBUG
to true temporary, in order to trace any error on your website. - If the problem still persists, please check Phlox support forum and submit a ticket by this form to get faster support.
