    Please take the following steps before posting a support ticket:

    1. Read Phlox documentation and FAQ.
    2. Make sure you are using the latest version of Phlox theme and Phlox core Elements plugin.
    3. Try to deactivate all plugins on your website. If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the cause. <br>
      Also, on your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true temporary, in order to trace any error on your website.
    4. If the problem still persists, please check Phlox support forum and submit a ticket by this form to get faster support.
