    Hi,
I have problem with reservation confirmation page, when I select the number of people, I get an error in js console: “this.element.serializeJSON is not a function”.
Checking the page source “jquery.serializejson.min.js” is correctly loads.
    What’s the problem?

    Thank you.
    Kind regards.

    Hi @ego55,
Probably there is conflict with third party plugin or theme installed on your site. We’d recommend to disable all plugins except hotel booking and start activating them one by one to find out the one that conflicts.

    Hi,
I tried to manually load jquery.serializeJSON.js and now it no longer returns the error.
Perhaps there is some problem with the js file.
    Thank you.
    Kind regards

    Hi @ego55,
Could you clarify this? Do you mean you missed the file after initial plugin installation and you uploaded it manually?

    Hi,
no, the js file was loaded correctly. But I don’t know why it didn’t work well, so it returned the error.
Now it load the same file twice, basically.
