Fatal Error when try to activate

  • The plugin cannot be activated when plugin “Flowpaper” is activated. The error message is :”Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
    It’s ok to activate either plugin when the other plugin is deactivated.

    Same problem in two different sites.

    WordPress 5.1.1
    PHP 7.1

  • I am in the process of updating a club website to eliminate problems with unsupported theme. New theme is WP-Generic. I was planning on replacing downloads with Flowpaper for seven years of .pdf files of club newsletters. When I attempted to activate DUD, I get
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare endswith() (previously declared in /home2/poncwebm/stagetest.ponc.org/wp-content/plugins/flowpaper-lite-pdf-flipbook/flowpaper.php:238) in /home2/poncwebm/stagetest.ponc.org/wp-content/plugins/dynamic-user-directory/includes/core.php on line 3086. Is there a solution for resolving this? Thanks.
