The issue is I can no longer edit my hover effect images as they aren’t showing up in the back-end I though maybe it was a plugin conflict but I disabled all and the theme as well but still happening even after going that far into troubleshooting. If I could I would upload a screenshot.

  • I have the same problem. But only on one site of a multisite installation. Is it a multisite-installation in your case, too?

I resolved mine after I contacted the developer. He told what I could try is to migrate my site over to a new site with a new database and I did that and haven’t had any issue anymore. I would recommend that but beware it’s dangers as I did lose some data but was able to rebuild it back from a backup.

    Hi Ryan,
thanks. That is not an option in my case, it is a bigger site and it is not possible to migrate in a short time. Hmm, did you know, where the problem in the database could be?

I don’t as all my other sites have the issue still I just managed to do that to my site that use this plugin the most. I wouldn’t contact him on here as he never responded to me I actually talked to him on the site you buy the key from him he got back to me latter that day.
