Server terminated the export process

    Hi,

    I am getting this error when trying to export my products.

    “Your server terminated the export process
    Ask your host to check your server’s error log. They will be able to determine why your server is terminating the export process.”

    Also, the number of my actual products is 612, but your plugin found 2489 products, how come?

    Ask your host to check your server’s error log. They will be able to determine why your server is terminating the export process.

    What did your host find? Also, did you try lowering the records per iteration? If not, try lowering it down to 1 and re-running the export: https://d.pr/i/pfp0Cl.

    Also, the number of my actual products is 612, but your plugin found 2489 products, how come?

    Are you exporting variable products? If so, each variation is counted as a product, which could explain the number. If you’re not exporting variable products then please open a ticket at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with more details so that we can check what’s going on.
