Related posts header on attachment pages

Hello,
I’m using Jetpack’s “Related Posts” feature and have the option “Highlight related content with a heading” enabled.
This results in an empty “Related” heading showing on attachment pages (without showing any related posts – which is expected). When I disable the “Highlight” option the heading obviously disappears, but I figure this is not how it’s supposed to be. ??

The URL that I provided (and that you quoted) in fact IS the attachment page that I was talking about, and where I see the erratic “Related” header: https://www.alex-kunz.com/a-special-poppy/california-poppy-with-5-petals/ (ie. this is not a post or a page – but I think internally, attachments are posts too).
(this is the “parent”, ie. the actual post to which the image is attached, and where it is also shown: https://www.alex-kunz.com/a-special-poppy/ )
I don’t know when this “Related” header crept into the attachment page, it must have been one of the last few Jetpack updates. Simply put, the “Related” header shouldn’t appear on attachment pages because Jetpack doesn’t show related posts there either.
I hope it’s a little clearer now. ??
