• I recently moved my WP files and database to a new host. Everything runs fine except for the following. I’m getting this errror messages on my WP install when trying to use the one-click automatice upgrade

The directory /home/myuser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ is not writable by WordPress.
You may need to assign permissions 666, 755 or even 777 to your "plugins" directory (depending on your server configuration). For more information on what file permissions are and how to change them read

    Ultimate Google Analytics says:

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to www.oratransplant.nl:80 (Connection timed out) in /home/myuser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-google-analytics/ultimate_ga.php on line 263

    Super Cache:

Error: Your cache directory (/home/theusada/public_html/wp-content/cache/) or /home/myuser/public_html/wp-content need to be writable for this plugin to work. Double-check it.Cannot continue... fix previous problems and retry.

Any suggestions? I tried searching the forums, but don’t see any fix.
When I try to access settings for other plugins, I get:

I don’t think going 777 is safe, and all directories have the same permissions as my previous hosting directories.

Update… I tried CHMOD 777 on plugins directory just to see if that would work, but did not resolve the issu.

Thanks samboll… I’ll send a message. I should note this is a new VPS, so maybe it’s something I have to allow? WHM is a whole new thing to me.

Not sure what they did, but they fixed it already!
