Manual arrangement of meta tags position in share content?

When sharing on Twitter, post featured image (thumbnail) wouldn’t load. I suspect that is because my Twitter username comes last in the meta tags positioning by default. LinkedIn would load the post featured image regardless.

I think the solution is to reposition my meta tags, thereby making the post link the last on the share content.

Is there a way I could get that done?
