    Hello,

I am getting 500 error on wp-json requests and also the data is not getting populated fast. I have millions of records in database, and perhaps that might be one of the reasons to begin with.

However, it could be more than that. Also the latest woo update.

Can you please provide an explanation or an update to fix this.

  • @bling007 sorry you are having issues with the plugin. Are you seeing any error messages in your logs to go with the 500 error?

Yes that is a very large amount of data to import into the lookup tables. How many jobs do you have showing up as Pending/Complete in the Scheduled Actions tab? ( /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=action-scheduler )

We are currently working on the ability to import smaller sets of historical data for large-volume data sets like yours. So we should hopefully have some tools to help out with that in the next release.

Also looking to add some wp-cli scripts to enable updating historical figures that way too.

@bling007 since we haven’t heard back from you since the initial post, I’m going to mark this as resolved. Please feel free to re-open the thread, or create a new post if you have anything we can assist with.
