• Hi,

As far as I am concerned ‘WP Fastest Cache’ is by far the quickest and simplest cache plugin, but I am having issues with ‘WooCommerce Store Catalog PDF Download’ plugin.

To put it simply after a month’s testing, I have discovered that when using the Fastest Cache preload functionality, once the site has finished preloading, when I click on the create PDF link on any single item page, I am taken to the WooCommerce default 404 error page instead of a created PDF of that page.

The only way I can rectify this is to simply press on the ‘Submit’ button without changing any of the settings on the ‘WP Fastest Cache’ settings page. This I assumes re-triggers the making of the cache.

This happens regardless of whether I have ‘Restart when completed’ ticked.

I have contacted WooCommerce, but their advice (or passing the buck take your pick!) was to say it was a cache plugin issue.

Any advice appreciated. If it meant buying the Premium Version, I’d happily do so, but I am finding it hard to justify the cost, when I have a client who keeps informing me every two days or so that the PDF creation part of his site doesn’t work!

Thanks for the response, as this is a client’s website, I’d rather not post this on an open forum. As far as I am aware there is no way of sending a private message, but I can email a link if this is possible.

Regardless of this, the PDF link will work on any sample URL I provide, because as mentioned it only doesn’t work when I believe the ‘Preload’ has completed.

    Thanks once again.
