Import Elements Doesn’t Work

    I purchased Shortcode Addons today for $29.99, and also purchased Image Hover Ultimate for $10.99. I may have paid twice for the same thing (let me know?). Anyway, when I open Shortcode Addons to see my Active Elements, I see only Image Hover. I want to Import Elements – So I go to Import Elements and choose one and click Install (numerous tries). I get a pop up that says Installed Successfully, and on that pop-up I click the link to my new Element and it gives me a blank window, so I go back to Active Elements, and I never see the newly installed addons, so I cannot use them, cannot find them after it says I installed them successfully. Please help. Thank you.

    Will you please reply with your websites url and some image so can check the bugs. If you checked into localhost kindly confirm your internet connections. Without internet connection elements not works or downloaded.

    I add some notifications and hope its will available into next version. Also kindly reply via oxilab.org as premium customers.
