    When the plugin is enabled I cannot login

    When I disable the plugin, I can login. Everything has been fine until recently.

    What things could cause this? Please send me an email so I can share my login page, don’t want to do this publicly.

  • Which version of captcha you are using? try changing version and let me know.
    Also check other forms if they are working.

    Am using the v2 invisible version.

    I’ll try v3 see what happens.

    Thanks I tried v3 and that works, no idea why I didn’t think of that before. Strange how v2 stopped.

    v2 should also works.

    If you use v2 does it not work only in login form or all other forms as well?

    It stopped working for all other forms, but switching to v3 now works well, so am sticking with it. Some people were getting “please solve it correctly” with me, it was just doing nothing once I had entered the username and password. I see someone else has just posted the same problem.

    I’m having same issue. no message, just this in console:

    recaptcha__en_gb.js:516 Timeout (n)

    Using v2 invisible.

    Don’t want to use v3, it’s cr@p.

    @audiomonk from the coding point i prefer to use v2. v3 have some flow where if captcha fail user has no way to prove that s/he is human.

    @pulclinecouk it is always better to start a new topic to get support. Please create a new topic and let me know if all forms showing same issue? try changing captcha version in Settings > Advanced noCaptcha reCaptcha. Also try changing language. If possible give me your website url.
