    Hi, I see this topic has been resolved in a past post and I have carried out the changes you suggest such as disabling other plugins, ensuring album is ‘public view’. I know the plugin is connecting to the flickr account as it will display a slideshow of photostream but it doesn’t recognise the albums in the account which I want to display as 3 col masonry. Please advise.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. I set up a different plugin which works. I have reactivated your plugin and the same problem persists. Can you please check the link again as I would prefer to use your plugin as it has more options and in up to date with latest WordPress version.

    Are trying to display Flickr Photo Stream or Album?

    Can you share us your Flickr.com Album URL?

    We will try to fetch your albums on local computer and let you know.

    You can share us your Flickr API and Flickr User Id to test the your album gallery local system with plugin.

    Visit out site and go to contact page.

    Or

    I would suggest you to recreate the Flickr API Key.
