Can’t delete a name from subscriber list

Hi, i created a list of subscriber’s , until the third one i had no problem :
( i can mange my list , the number in the item “list count ” was correct …) but when i tried to add a fourth entries in my list , my problem occured . i can enter the new list name, the process of “add new member” seem to work correctly , but under the item ” list count ” the seult was “0” and when i click again on the item “manage” i have a message :” no data available in table” ( list count=0) . But when i inspect the data base of the site i can find all my entries for this list .

Any idea ???
