Plugins are active even after disabling/uninstalling them

  • Hi

    After installing plugin 1, the unwanted text is showing up in the footer area. The issue persists even after disabling the plugin. Also, Google Translator is showing up above this unwanted text even after uninstalling Google Translator plugin.

    Kindly help me resolve this issue.

    This issue is related to the Plugin so the plugin support team will provide you a better solution but for now, you can hide this unwanted text by using a CSS custom code.

    .sfsi_footerLnk {display: none};`

    The custom CSS code that you have mentioned solved the issues. However, it is disabling social media icons too in the footer area.
