Schedule Post Meta Change

This seems like it should be something easy to find/do but, alas, a morning of Googling has revealed it is less so.

What I’m trying to do is schedule a post meta change. Specifically, on a specified date and time, I’d like a post’s visibility to go from password-protected to public (FWIW, I’d also like to schedule a WooCommerce product to go from hidden to visible in the catalog, and if a solution for the first issue doesn’t do that I’ll head over there for suggestions).

Any suggestions? (And apologies if this isn’t the right forum for finding a plugin, which I suspect is what I’m needing. Happy to move the discussion if needed.)
