Private messaging

  • Hi.
    I have a service provider website in which only I provide services.
    but i assigns the work to some others users I hire them, customers send messages only to me.
    Now I want that, the messages coming from customer directly go to the person that I hired. But customer not be able to recognize that the messages coming from another person as customer only concerned to Admin.

  • While that might sound good at first (you can remove yourself as the middle man to streamline the process), it is deceptive and you are at risk because the people you hire are speaking as you and could do or say anything.
    It would be better to just let everyone represent themselves, and you pass the customer to your employee, telling the customer as you do. Or have the original contact be to the person that will be handling it instead of you (who is not handling it).
