Redirection plugin – 404 error – favicon

I recently installed the “Redirection” plugin which helps me log errors.

I have a favicon that works and shows up fine all my pages….but everytime somebody visits a page on my site, I get 2 404 errors for that pages favicon.ico file. I now have over 800 404 errors….most of them attributed to the favicon.

Any ideas of how to fix this problem?
