delay post content/html

    when someone views a post, can i delay the content from appearing? maybe 4-5 seconds?

    That’s not one I’ve come across before, so I don’t know of any coding solutions myself. Doesn’t mean that there isn’t a plugin out there that does this, though.

    4 or 5 seconds is an awfully long time to keep readers waiting after the header, sidebar & footer have downloaded and been displayed. Aren’t you concerned that some people may simply go someplace else or assume that your pages are broken?

    i gues 2-3 seconds would be more reasonable…
