    Hi @wireb.

Sorry, I don’t understand this feedback.

Could you email [email protected] with more details, please?

@wireb We’re trying to make sense of your feedback, but need more information, please.

    1. Could you explain this point more? It’s hard to understand
    2. It should be impossible to create a project without a title. If you try, you’ll see the message: “Please fill out this field” for the title.

    Sorry for my late response.

    1. When you think you can start or view a project or task, what you are seeing is actually settings for a project or task.
    2. If you should forget to add the project name, you will not be able to access it or edit that project.

    1. Yes, that’s true. Our feeling is that’s the normal WordPress way … WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, bbPress … all the big plugins start you in the admin area.

    2. Sorry, that’s not a bug we’re able to recreate. Do you have a screenshot?

    Sure thing.

We’d like to encourage you to use UpStream.

If you can help us fix #2, we’d love to see a screenshot, please.

I mistakingly was reviewing another Project Manager script when I stated it was Solved.

Unfortunately Projects and Task setting would normally be in the settings area and not in the main menu area. WP plugins usually has, for instance, Projects > Create New / Edit.

    Hi @wireb

    That’s interesting.

I think there’s a very good chance that the issues you’re seeing are because of a plugin conflict. That’s very possible if you have more than one project management plugin installed.

www.ads-software.com isn’t a great place for this bugshooting and getting you to improve your review ??

Could you email [email protected] with more details, please?

My mistake and apologies. Not aware of the UpStream logo on the “Project” menu button I went instead to the UpStream menu button (where I thought, was everything UpStream). I would suggest that there be a menu item which replaces “UpStream” with “UpStream Config” this will show that in fact these are the settings. Better yet I would to have Project under the UpSteam menu. Currently UpStream uses 2 main menu placeholders.

Thanks @wireb. That’s very helpful feedback. It might even be better off just putting the “Settings” tab under the “Projects” link.

Responses which are friendly and helpful, as you have provided, is yet another reason an individual should consider when selecting a product.

Often the critical reviews are the most helpful. We’re in the process of making some changes, based on the feedback here.
