    Hi All,

    Quick question…

    When checking out as a guest via the Credit / Debit card option rather than using a registered PayPal account our customers are reporting that they don’t get any confirmation email.

    As a seller we’re seeing receiving the Payment confirmation email but nothing appears to be going to the customers.

    Anybody any advice on what might be causing this ?

    @alphacrust, Do you have the debug option enabled in the settings? The log file would tell you whether a confirmation email was sent to the customer.
