Page Filled URL and Referrer URL

Hello, I just deployed this plugin but am unable to find a way to see 2 data points in the submissions or received email notifications.

I need to see the URL (page link) where the form was filled on my WP website and also the URL of where the user was just before filling out the form (referrer page link).

Is either of the above possible? My previous form plugin had both of these settings and they seem to be common. I want to stay with this plugin due to simplicity but the above 2 data points are critical for my usage as I have a lot of webpages and need to know which are being used for marketing and analytics reasons.
