Contact form for assigned agent on property pages

I’m trying to add contact forms to individual property pages to send a property inquiry to the listing’s assigned agent.

I followed the steps found here – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/i-need-a-contact-agent-method-on-single-property-page

This works ok, but the form sent to the agent doesn’t specify what listing it is coming from. Is there a way to set something like this up? Is there any other way to attach a form to be sent to the assigned agent?
