Questions about new format

  • 1. What happened to all of the reports? The only ones I still have are from 2017. I previously had reports for every email that I have sent out. Can we retrieve those somehow?
    2. I figured out how to send an email with the new system, but I don’t understand the form on the top. When the email went out it says [contact-form] at the top of my message. How can I get rid of that?
    3. When I used to send out emails I had the options of sending “now” or “with cron job”. I don’t see those options now. When I sent my email it went into a queue and then I had to manually click on that to send it. Where do I find the cron option now?
    4. What are campaigns?

    I am so puzzled by this new system and don’t understand why the changes are made. I had to redo lots of things. Many of my subscribers were no longer in lists and I had to add them again. I’ve lost reports. Sigh.

    Did you upgrade from ES 3.5.18 to 4.0.18? If yes, please check once again. Migration of Reports takes time because it might possible it’s huge in size.
