Questions about new format

1. What happened to all of the reports? The only ones I still have are from 2017. I previously had reports for every email that I have sent out. Can we retrieve those somehow?
2. I figured out how to send an email with the new system, but I don’t understand the form on the top. When the email went out it says [contact-form] at the top of my message. How can I get rid of that?
3. When I used to send out emails I had the options of sending “now” or “with cron job”. I don’t see those options now. When I sent my email it went into a queue and then I had to manually click on that to send it. Where do I find the cron option now?
4. What are campaigns?I am so puzzled by this new system and don’t understand why the changes are made. I had to redo lots of things. Many of my subscribers were no longer in lists and I had to add them again. I’ve lost reports. Sigh.
