404 on jpg file

Hi there I wrote about some issue here and I receive information that I can ask about it on hestia support as probably my 404 is connected with the Hestia theme that I use.

I tried to search for the issue by customizing theme but there is still 404 resource on my website.

Can you give me more details what option is responsible (what should I change) in order to get rid of the 404 error?
