Filters / Groups Issue

  • Hello,

    We are having a problem with a our website. Previously created Filters and Groups are not displaying within their respective sections in WordPress. Only 3 seem to be displaying but we have 65 created within Groups. Do you know what this issue could be?

    Hello,

    Please provide your site url where I can see the issue and try to purge your cache(if you have plugin or service).

    Hello Dima,

    Unfortunately our website is developed locally and I cannot provide a link. I do not have any caching plugins currently active. Shall I try and purge the product filter cache?

    Try to purge the cache but the chance that the issue is in our cache is small.

    Without seeing site I have absolutely no information about filters state. I don’t think I can help you while you are working locally. When you will have it online you can update this topic.

    Sorry but TeamViewer is not an option.
    You can describe the issue with screenshots or maybe make a small video describing your current configuration with basic section show eg
    you have filter for colors:
    – show filter edit page
    – color attribute values page where I can see that products are attached to the values
    – group edit page where this filter is added to
    – Widget page where I can see group widget added to the sidebar and would be cool to see some simple widget there and on the frontend to know that sidebar is working as it should.

    Hi Dima,

    Do filter shortcodes work in the unpaid version of the plugin? They were working yesterday but today they don’t seem to be working.

    Shortcodes are working with free version of the plugin. Try to remember what did change since yesterday and what could influence it.

    The filter doesn’t seem to affect the shop at all. The products have the correct attributes and the shortcodes all seem correct. It just doesn’t work at all now.

    The only thing I can think of that might have stopped this form working was clicking ‘Auto-Selectors’. I created products before pressing this complete with attributes and categories were selected. Is there any chance this would have thrown this off?
