    Moving files around does not update the image links used in Elementor, you have to update them manually.

    I’ve tested adding an image to an Elementor image module and then moving the image to a different folder. The image appears when I view the page.

    We have released version 5.0.4 of Media Library Folders that addresses this issue. Links for Elementor background images in posts and pages moved or renamed by Media Library Folders will be updated.

    Thank you, that sounds awesome. Unfortunately, I can’t test now, but I’m confident it works.
