Photo Gallery not loading after adding a new gallery

  • When I click on one of the thumbnail pictures the photo gallery displays properly if I am signed into wordpress. If I’m not logged in as in the case of a user, nothing happens, it just spins like it’s going to load, but never does. I have just added a new gallery, but this behavior happens with any of the galleries. I believe that wordpress and photo gallery may have updated recently also. 10Web is the photo gallery plugin.

    This has to be something simple. I can’t believe that no one from wordpress or 10web has responded. It works beautifully when I’m logged in as the administrator in wordpress!

    Oh no! I updated to 1.5.23 hoping that would solve the problem and now it’s worse. Now it doesn’t even work when logged into wordpress as admin. It looks awful and photos are missing.

    I never got a response, but I had access to many similar messages and read the instructions to update to 1.5.24 and it works. Hurray! I don’t know why I was ignored though!
