Automatically delete users

  • Hello
    I enabled this plugin on my site And I use the profile and account
    I use the Digits plugin to login and join to my site
    Users who do not operate for three months will be automatically deleted And the email containing the user removal message is sent to the admin
    so i use Ultimate Member – myCRED and Ultimate Member – WooCommerce plugins in my site
    How can I fix this problem?
    I’d appreciate it if you answered earlier

    Currently, it’s not possible to automatically delete users, I will discuss this option with the team and we will see if it is possible to add this option in the future updates.

    i Inactivated the deleting users ability in plugin
    but users deleted automatically again and sent an email to the admin

    I am also having similar issue where users account were automatically deleted. Not sure if they were inactive for more than 3 months or not. I can’t figure out why it started doing this. Did you ever get this issue resolved?

    I also have the same issue, which has been really annoying because I run a Classifieds adverts website and your plugin deleted 1000 user on 1700 at once, some of which were totally active.
    Lost 2 days of revenue and had to handle hundreds of angry customers who received, all at once, the unwanted deletion email.
    Strangely enough, when I login as a subscriber and create an UM account, if I try to delete it, it doesn’t work.
    Seems like a serious contradictory core function. I planned to install UM plugin on my other websites, with WC extension, because apart from this serious issue, everything was rather fine.
    Now, I’m thinking about uninstalling it and coding my own plugin to manage my users, unless the bug is fixed in the weeks to come…

    I fix this
    Related to woocomerce
    Automatic woocomerce cleans users of the site
    woocommerce => configure => Account and privacy => personal information
