• Hello,

    When people register through the widget form, they receive the email. But when they click on the link, they will get to a blank page. Even if I try to display php errors, the page is still blank and the action not proceeded.

    Hi, please can you check what is the confirmation page that you’ve selected in the widget configuration -> Advanced customization -> Thank you page (last tab). Can you try switching between the default page and some other page from your blog and see if there is an improvement?

    Sorry for the questions, but the issue can’t be reproduced by our team so we are trying to identify what causes the problem.

    I don’t have such setting page. If I go to settings there’s nothing about widget. And if I go to widgets I’m redirected to wp’s widget page. And no config there.

    Hm, this sounds strange. How have you added the subscription form to your site?

    I think we found the culprit here… please make sure that you have marked the desired language of the widget and selected a contact list where to add the subscribers.

    Hi Martin ?? !

    I had the same issue. But the languages were checked. So I unchecked all languages, than save, than re-check the languages I need and re-save and now everything is ok. I think the issue occurs after an update maybe ?

    I tried a few upgrade/downgrade operations today using various plugin versions, but couldn’t break it. We’ll keep an eye on it.

    When I check the box, nothing happens. In your gif it opens something with two fields.
    And if I just check and save. It gets unchecked.

    @cwsagency please can you create a support ticket in our system: https://app.mailjet.com/support/ticket
    Open the browser console (F12 on Chrome and then choose the “Console” tab), click on the checkbox and see if there are some errors in the console. Send us a screenshot of the whole widgets page.
