I want the admin to be able to register new users on the front end using a registration form. But when I (as an admin) try to do that I get the following error message: “You are already logged in”. How to solve that?

  • Hi @lindagester

You need to log out first before you can register new users. If you want to be kept logged in the admin panel and register then you should open another browser in an incognito tab to register user.
To open incognito in Google Chrome you can press Ctrl+Shift+N.

    Thanks!

Ok but that doesn’t help me since I need to be logged in to be able to access the page where admin can register new users. It’s a member site so I don’t want anybody to register. I could register in the WordPress backend but then the members won’t be able to access a profile page on the frontend. Maybe there’s a code snippet I can add to my functions file so that admins can register new users on the frontend form? Otherwise I won’t be able to use this plugin and I really want to because I think it’s such a great one! Please please please help me!

    Hi @lindagester

We have a solution for that but we will have to edit your plugin file. Can you contact us through email? Email: [email protected]

    Thanks!
