    Hi there

    I have had this issue for a number of weeks. A visitor goes to the website [ redundant link removed ] and places an order. Performs the checkout process and the payment goes through with payfast. The website is not sending invoices or notification to the visitor or notification to my client. Order is marked as pending in the backend.

    Please can you assist.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having troubles with PayFast! This sounds like an issue with Instant Transactional Notification which is meant to notify your site about payment status.

    Can you please provide us with the following information to look into it further:

    1) a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2) PayFast logs. Please make sure **Logging** is enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayFast and after that:

    – place a test order on your site
    – check for logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > choose payfast from the drop-down
    – paste logs to your response here. Please remove all sensitive information from there before sharing.
