Getting Menu Nested with Image

  • Hi all,

    I am working on a client’s site and I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to get an image to appear as nested with a menu but also have an image on top of the menu. See image: https://pasteboard.co/IfkT0Zo.png

    I am working with 2011 v2.8. WordPress: v5.2

    I have a little bit of experience with coding and development work. I know I need to do something with the header.php file but I am not exactly sure what needs to go there.

    Would I need to handcode this or is there a plugin that could work?

    How would I start to handcode if I need to do that?
