There is no tab to upload review.

I think that the problem is with the plugin you use to customize your tabs.
Please deactivate that tabs plugin to check.

I use Dokan.
I deactivated Dokan but still can’t see the review tab.

So do you enable review for products?
First go to WooCommerce settings/product to see if option “Enable reviews” is enabled. Then go to a product to edit/advanced to see if “Enable reviews” is enabled.

Then go to a product to edit/advanced to see if “Enable reviews” is enabled.

I didn’t set the above settings.
