Cann’t enter to wp dashboard even I am admin,even new admin addded.Pls!solvethis

  • Hello,guys I have migrated my localhosted website to live server of godaddy shared hosting.The problem is after migration everything is fine but for admin users cann’t go to wordpress dashboard.Even i have created new admin in database after migration but no use.I have literally tried every method that is available in the internet, I have tried updraftplus ,all in one wp migration,Duplicator…e.t.c,literally every available solution , but cannot do it Solve this problem guys for me.I haven’t had a good sleep for almost a week because of this issue.Pls!!! solve this problem guys.

    Sometimes I can see things that cause problems so I like to look. Gives me time to think, too.

    Anyway, take a look at this article and see if that doesn’t help you.

    When I can do so I like to add a new user but you probably have registrations turned off. With the new user ‘trick’ you can go into phpMyAdmin and find that user in the users table then ‘promote him’ to admin.

    You just need to make sure you don’t clobber anything else while in there and you promote the right user who should be you.

    The article above kinda suggests that method to change passwords, too. That’s normally better done via the ‘forgot password’ button.
