    Hello ! I got pop-pup window with error ?System Status Report is invalid or unsupported ? I am getting this window every time when I want to send message to WooCommerce support. Please explain me how I can fix that ?

    It sounds like you’re trying to put something in that box which isn’t a Status Report.

    To confirm are you going to WooCommerce > Status > then pressing the “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
    After pressing that, paste into the System Status Report box in the ticket form.

    If this still doesn’t work – can you let me know what you are entering into that box, please?

    Perfect! That worked. Thank you.
    Can you explain me just, why its happend ? why do I have to paste that System report into ticket ? Because before I did not do that.

    Some of the ticket options won’t require a Status Report like Pre-Sales and Account questions as the site isn’t directly related to those queries.

    For interactions directly relating to the site, we request the Status Report to be submitted as there are often clues within that which we can give advice about such as outdated plugins or theme template files, WooCommerce database information, and server details.
