5 Star Support for Monster Insights

We had been struggling with a transition from Google Analytics to Monster Insights for several days. I submitted a support request on Monday and by Wednesday it was resolved. The support person, Jay, worked with us by including instructions and screen prints of what we had to do to enable him to look into the source of our problem.
Monster Insights and Jay are top notch for Support. I look forward to exploring the added features we have now with MI. Helen
