FTP question

  • I can’t use the FTP connection to do auto-upgrade for plug-ins or WordPress. I have inputted all information and tried both FTP or FTPS but it always says “Failed to connect to FTP Server”. Any body have idea?

  • Have you contacted your hosting provider and checked that the settings you are trying to use for FTP are correct?

    I have the same problem, and my provider tells me I need to use FTPS (ssh), not (ssl) Is there a way for me to upload the theme myself through my own ftps program?
