ACF pro. Translate Image field

Hi there!
Have anyone problem with ACF Image field translation?
If I update page it saves the same for all languages.

In my case all images and panels have another colors on different languages.

I found here discussion about that and solution was to add another field, but I can’t do that because in my case Editor Role can’t see ACF fields in menu.
Another reason there are a lot of field, really a lot of fields ??

Now I try to add global brand color and read it and rewrite css of svgs, but what to do with jpgs…

Any ideas how to do it easier?
