    Hello,

I would like to have a sequential ordered list of sizes in my drop down menu.
I’ve settled custom ordering and managed it in the way i want but nothing has been saved, sizes are still randomly mixed. This is what happens with WOMEN sizes only, the MEN ones are ok.

The theme i use is UNCODE CHILD

    Please help!

    Hi there

Would you mind sharing a bit more on the exact steps you’ve followed to date when changing the order of those attributes? I’m asking the usual place for that is by dragging and dropping the terms into the right order under Products > Attributes > Configure Terms:

Hello – thanks for replying me.

The steps i followed are exactly the same you typed an posted through screenshot.
To follow you can see what i did with your eyes:

    First Step
    Second Step

The problem is that it doesn’t keep the changes i made, that’s the mai point of the trouble

Just to make sure: Are you saying that when navigating away from that page, the order is all jumbled again?

If so, can you check if there are any fatal error logs? You can find that under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs

Exactly, as soon as i go away from the page order came back to the older status.

I checked out logs, and i found this fatal error:

“2019-05-03T09:06:26+00:00 CRITICAL Call to a member function get_cart() on null in /web/htdocs/www.nakfashion.com/home/wp-content/themes/uncode/core/inc/customizer-woocommerce.php on line 88”

    Hints?

That error message is definitely something to investigate in more detail ??

If you look closely at the error message, you’ll notice the following bit:

    /wp-content/themes/uncode

That points to your theme causing that error; You’ll want to get in touch with the developers of your theme for more support on that. It’s quite likely that that critical error is preventing WooCommerce from saving the attribute order properly.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
