    Hi @wlashack
Could you please check if there is a file in htdocs/Backups/backwpup_7FHXU76S08_1f59b49bde0a8_24-05-2019_17-54-31.zip ?
I see it was uploaded to that directory, also, try to change to another folder to see if it works.
    Thanks!

    Hello @duongcuong96
There really is no file in htdocs/Backups folder. But it can have reasons — I created account at ProFreeHost.com and it is free. So there may be some limitations for the file does not upload to the free ftp. I tried to ask support severeal days before if this is the case but no answer so far. The second reason is thah I not sore if I set the directory path correctly (when I connect to my FTP, there is a folder “htdocs” in my root directory, so I created a subfolder Backups in it and to BackWPup settings I put htdocs/Backups path.
I am not so sophisticated to know if all this is OK or I have made soem mistake here. And I do not have another ftp to try backup elsewhere.

    Hi @wlashack
maybe irrelevant, but could you please try to change the backup archive file prefix from backwpup_ to another prefix like bwu_ since backwpup is reserved keyword and should not be used.
    After that, please try again.
    Thank you.

Hello, tried it but did not help. Maybe the ftp service I use does not allow tranfering big files or so.

since we haven’t heard back from you, I’m going to mark it as resolved.
If you’re still having problems, feel free to let us know ;),

Btw, If you find BackWPUp is useful for you, we would really appreciate if you leave a positive review and rating.
This would encourage us to develop new free features and provide free support ??
