    Hello,

    I have updated to the last version of the plugin and it seems not to work, it has moved a lot of the elements of my home and I do not know what to do.

    Maybe it’s because I do not have the latest version 5.0 of WP updated? We are working with Genesis and Studiopress theme

    Hello! it has just been solved and everything is great. My problem is that I did not have the latest version of genesis or WP updated. With everything updated, everything works fine except for one problem:

    In a mobile version, it does not show me any of the menus I have set either to the right or to the left. Could you help me?

    uaaaahh what process I have, I just reloaded cache. And you can see the menus …

    What I think, is that it does not obey the colors that I say in terms of the background of the menu on mobile.

    I think this is no longer solved by me hehehe

    Thank you very much, yes in the end I was able to solve everything. I have a problem that will have to do with the plugin:

    If you enter my web version mobile (www.capotinas.com) you will see that the menu does not show anything. But if you go incognito everything works correctly. I understand that it is a problem of cache / cookies of the user and not of my web / plugin, right? I have autoptimize installed

    @hipoglucido I’m seeing it fine without incognito so this means it could be just your current browser cache.

    Does it mean that all the people who saw my website at some point are not looking at the menu? Could something be done so that all visitors see it well?

    Yes, that can happen. I manage to force the refresh of the files for everybody in the modified version below.

    Nothing, I still do not see my mobile menu well. And I think the problem is when I set “Slideout over content” The menu disappears and I can not click on any link in the menu because it disappears.

    In incognito version works correctly. I do not understand anything, I’ve tried everything with respect to cache. Being an e – commerce I can not be more idle and I will finish by uninstalling it. It was a very good plugin and I loved it. I’m sorry
