I have recently moved from a Linux hosted site on GoDaddy to a managed WordPress site which includes WooCommerce. My customer list and order history is on the GoDaddy Quick Shopping Cart. I would like to have it in WooCommerce, but I don’t know how to import the data. I don’t want the products — I want the customer/order information. I haven’t found a plugin that says it will do that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Cart 2 Cart might be your best bet, but I’m not exactly sure. Those guys can do a lot.

I’m not sure how many orders you have but documentation and CSV templates are here

    Hi @nubiesan

I found this guide on how to export orders from GoDaddy Quick Shopping Carthttps://uk.godaddy.com/help/exporting-orders-5069

But I could not find anything on how to export the customers. GoDaddy support would be able to answer that question for you.

Once you are able to export the orders/customers, then you will need to modify the CSV files based on the templates @serafinnyc linked to above. Then to import that into your WooCommerce store, you will need to use the Customer/Order/Coupon CSV Import Suite extension.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
